‘I feel like I’m on top of the mountain even after winning the Super Bowl and having the offseason that I’m having,’ he gushed. ‘Living the dream baby.’ Kelce is also in the process of filming Ryan Murphy’s new FX horror series ‘Grotesquerie’ after being cast a role in the show alongside American actress and television host Niecy Nash.
The NFL tight end is giving Hollywood a go while Swift continues on the European leg of her Eras Tour, and he admits getting into character has proved a tough task at times. Travis Kelce returned to practice for the Kansas City Chiefs on Friday – while girlfriend Taylor Swift played a huge show in Scotland as her Eras Tour made its first stop in the United Kingdom.
For Kelce, it was poignant mood around the Chiefs camp after his teammate, BJ Thompson, went into cardiac arrest at a team meeting on Thursday after having a seizure. Thompson, 25, is said to be awake and responsive now in hospital. The Chiefs canceled Thursday’s practice in the aftermath of the shocking events unfolding.
Kelce, 34, was pictured along with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes in Kansas City on Friday. Next week, the Chiefs will hold a mandatory minicamp from June 11-13 as the Super Bowl champions step up their preparations for the new season. With his football commitments stepping up again, Kelce has less time to accompany Swift as she tours Europe – with her current run of dates going through to August 20 across the continent.
