Zgodnie z decyzją PKW – minister finansów, Andrzej Domański powinien przelać pieniądze na konto PiS i nie ma od tego żadnego odwołania. W zasadzie, nie ma też innej możliwości – jeżeli nie chce w przyszłości odpowiadać za niedopełnienie obowiązków z art. 231 Kodeksu karnego, za co grozi do 3 lat więzienia. Szef resortu finansów od momentu wydania przez PKW postanowienia, reakcji wciąż brak. Głucha cisza.
