Selena Gomez found herself in a hilarious moment on Jimmy Kimmel Live! when the host presented her with an unusual engagement gift.
Fresh from her Golden Globes appearance alongside fiance Benny Blanco, the 32-year-old singer and actress couldn’t hide her embarrassment when Kimmel unveiled a vintage toy-a “Daddy Saddle.”
The “Daddy Saddle,” a toy designed for children to ride on a parent’s back like a cowboy, came with a tongue-in-cheek explanation.
“It’s not a traditional gift, and it’s not necessarily practical, but I think you and Benny are really going to enjoy it,” Kimmel teased.
Blushing and laughing, Gomez buried her face in her hands as Kimmel reassured her.
“You can ride around on Benny in a very wholesome way.”
“I don’t want you to think that anything is being suggested here that isn’t.”

Before the segment ended, Kimmel revealed that the gift might even have been regifted, peeling off stray Christmas wrapping paper.
