BREAKING: Bill Belichick Has Agreed To Become Next Head Coach Of North Carolina
According to Inside Carolina, legendary coach Bill Belichick has agreed to terms to become the head coach for the University of North Carolina football program.
Belichick, who last coached with the New England Patriots in 2023, has sat out the entire 2024 season after not being offered the Atlanta Falcons head coaching job, will return to the sideline in college.
The 72-year-old Belichick has made nine Super Bowl appearances and has won six Super Bowl titles, which is more than any NFL head coach in history. Only Don Shula and George Halas have more coaching wins than Belichick. Despite the NFL success, Belichick has no coaching experience in college in any capacity.
