Meghan Markle has faced another setback in the launch of her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard.

The Duchess of Sussex is hoping to unveil her new business early next year and will be bringing out a new Netflix show to tie in with the project. However, American Riviera Orchard has suffered a trademark blunder as the US Patent and Trademark Office has denied Meghan’s latest application.

It seems the decision is all to do with the company’s logo. The US Patent and Trademark Office found issue with the ‘O’ in the logo, claiming its “description is inconsistent with the mark on the drawing”.
