El Elbieta Dmoch was a colorful bird of the Polish scene. Beautiful and talented, she possessed an extraordinary musical talent. With the band 2 plus 1 she launched the hits that the next generations of Poles sing.
She was born on 29 September 1951 in Warsaw. From an early age, she distinguished herself with vocal talent, took singing lessons, attended a music school, and also played the cross flute. I don’t think there is a person in Poland who doesn’t know the hits of the band 2 plus 1, such as “Come, paint my world”, “Red sun” or “Lift to heaven”. The last one is about longing, unhappy love, and the compulsion to live in a world where one does not belong.
El mobieta Dmoch, singing it in the 70s. , she probably did not know that in a way, she would turn out to be prophetic to her… She seemed to have everything – beauty, fame, and the beloved by her side. Idyll ended in the 80s. She would probably be an undisputed star to this day. However, she chose to live alone. The old fame remains only a memory… The vocalist of the band 2 plus 1 celebrates her 73rd birthday today. Best wishes, above all good health, Elizabeth!
